Adhd ex has contacted me, my heart is happy again! but the reality is I can't be with him, not just now anyway, but I have to make up my mind in the next couple of months, when we could get back together. He is so thoughtful of me, but I get the horrible feeling it won't last. He says things that suggest he still loves me.
