I couldn't
Hey Struggling - you'll find people here who have stayed and those who have left. And on either side, you'll find people who completely get what you're going through.
no context needed
I've come on here to the forum to find some comfort as the last few days have been DIFFICULT. And even with emotions high, I'm trying to regulate myself but I found your post and realised that you didn't write any context, only a header...and let's be honest. That's all that is needed, isn't it?
I hear you StrugglingToStay - it really is difficult to cope. I'm learning more and more every day about myself and how bad I've left myself, my identiy, all of it. I'm working on it for me and only me. That's the only advice or comfort I can give you, do the work on yourself FOR yourself and that helps with the coping so that you can build enough strength to make the decisions with sound MIND and body.
Hi....
Do you want to talk about it? You will find a lot of Grace here... From people who truly understand....Prayers...
