Tips for Thriving in your Marriage

Chains do not hold a marriage together.  It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads, which sew people together through the years.”

The Cloth of Marriage
I like to describe relationships (not just marriages) as a cloth.  Every interaction is a thread.  Many good interactions are like strong threads that interweave to make a strong fabric or marriage.  Poor or negative interactions are like broken threads that weaken the fabric of the relationship.  You and your partner have hundreds of tiny interactions every day – a glance, a hug, a conversation…they all count.

There are no throw aways.  Strive to make every interaction a positive one so that the fabric of your marriage is strong, colorful and beautiful.
