
You've asked us to let you know when our non-ADHD partner support groups open for this Fall - well, NOW is the time! You can register at this page.
These groups provide support and a community of people who GET you - who are living with the same sorts of confounding issues that you, yourself face.
If you've never been in a support group before you might be reassured to know that our focus is to help participants a.) connect with a group of others who understand their situation and b.) to share with others what has worked...and what hasn't. Each week is devoted to a specific topic (selected by the group) so you can explore it in-depth with others. You might talk about parent-child dynamics. Or about feeling hopeless. Strategies for dealing with a partner's defensiveness. How to deal with your grief that you aren't in the relationship you expected. How to care for yourself better...and so much more.
Our skilled moderators know ADHD and what your experiences are like. We all (myself included) work to make your support group experience as useful to you as possible.
