I’m sorry you felt like you should erase your post. If you are like me, perhaps you felt too vulnerable to put it there and not see any responses yet.
I wanted to answer... but my list of grieving has too many items on it. Maybe I should have just said that to you, in case you felt alone. Big hugs.

Echoing Brin
I wanted to echo Brindle here, PI. I read your list and had tears in my eyes. I started to respond, but nothing seemed enough and sharing my own list felt so devastating, I couldn't bear what I was typing and I stopped.
I am so sorry for your pain, for mine and for all the others on here. ♥
This has always been a nearly
This has always been a nearly 100% supportive site. I deleted my post because I'm feeling overwhelmed by life right now. Sometimes acknowledging the grief helps; other times, like now, doing so threatens to pull me down deeper. I am concerned about being swept away by depression.
I understand.
I have a history of depression, and understand where you are coming from.
I understand
I’ve been there before, too. You’re being smart. Keep taking care of yourself.

I completely understand
That makes so much sense and I have been there as well. Sending hugs and care your way.
