I am looking for a support group for spouses of ADHD. It was recommended to me that I find a 12-step program, but I don't feel like the codependent group is right for me. Does anyone know of an online support group for non ADHD spouses?

How silly of me, I now see that this site actually offers that. I will look further into that.
But if you do know of a 12-step program as well let me know please.

We offer these. Please go to the seminars and groups menu link for more info. Note that they fill up pretty quickly, so we post dates ahead of time, then have a specific day that we open registration. It's a good idea to come to register on that day so you can select the group you want.
