Couples Seminar Begins February 17

I am happy to announce the dates for the next ADHD Effect In-Depth Couples Seminar.  It starts on February 17th.

This 8-session course is great for people who prefer to listen rather than read!  Given by phone, the ADHD Effect In-Depth Couples Seminar is easy to participate in and can make a HUGE difference in your relationship.  Review just a few of the participant reviews on the seminar page to see what some others have said.  Of course, not every couple finds success in this course, but I have been amazed at how many do - and how hard it is to tell who that will be.  Couples who are really stuck and struggling seem just as likely to succeed as those who are in less trouble!

You'll learn how to diminish anger, stop the blame game, and deal with really tough topics such as lying and controlling behavior.  I'll teach you communication strategies that really work, and provide ideas about how to start rebuilding trust.  And, of course, the latest on the treatment of adult ADHD.

I urge you to review the course syllabus and dates on the seminar page.  You can find registration there, too.   If you have questions about the course, please feel free to send me an email at [email protected]

Finally, there is more news...I will be giving a course on Recovering Intimacy in Your Relationship starting May 5.  This is designed to be a follow up to the ADHD Effect course - to become more intimate you must first get rid of some of the issues around anger, blame, ADHD symptoms and the like.  Because of this I will strongly recommend that couples take the classic course (the one that starts Feb 17) first.  'Recovering Intimacy' promises to be an excellent, hands-on (no pun intended!) course...I hope you will consider taking both.

Feel free to contact me with any questions and please consider registering now for The ADHD Effect In-Depth Couples Seminar.  You, too, could be on the path to making your relationship better and stronger.

With all warm wishes for an improving 2015,

Melissa Orlov

P.S The live course is is given by phone conference call so you can call in from wherever you are, and includes all the opportunity you need to ask your questions - both live on the calls and in written format. Plus, all live sessions are recorded, including the Q&As, so if you miss a session you can hear it later.

P.P.S. For those of you in the Seattle, WA area, The Hallowell Todaro Center and ADD Resources have invited me to speak on Monday, February 9th about strengthening intimacy.  Learn more here.
