I will be hosting new non-ADHD support groups starting in early January of 2021, and registration is open now. These groups are a great way to get support during these difficult times, build bonds with others who have the same issues you do, and learn new ways to live better in your ADHD-impacted relationship.
Each group of up to 10 participants meets by Zoom. People will nod along with what you are saying. Share their stories with you. And together we will discuss what works - and what doesn't - when you live with a partner who has ADHD.
