Hello! The registration for non-ADHD support groups that start in January opened this morning! These groups are a great way to learn strategies for improving your relationship in a personal, small group setting. They are also a great way to feel (and be) seen by others who share your experiences.
Groups start the second week of January, and will fill up very quickly so please go to the non-ADHD support group page right now if you are interested in more information or joining in.
