On Friday I asked for input about sheltering at home and self-quarantine experiences. Your response was gratifying and moving. And the need for support is clear. So I'm going to start providing additional support for couples to help them get through this time:
- Regular blogs about issues couples face during the crisis. If you have a topic you wish me to write about, please contact me here
- Relationship support 'free virtual office hours' Every week I will post times when I will be available to talk with you by phone (at no charge) to answer questions that you have about strengthening your relationship during this crisis. Call in at any point during those hours to speak with me and ask your questions. Check office hours posting at this page, as well as how to obtain the phone number.
- Additional non-ADHD support groups to begin April 6.
